North Coast Andhra Pradesh has a vast coastline of 974 Kilometres from Ichchpuram of Srikakulam District to Tada of Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh. Konaseema Biosol Pvt Ltd, our incorporated company situated nearly middle of this coast line having variable ecosystem in and around Konaseema area of East Godavari having highly habituated fishermen families depended on both sea and different rivers (Godavari, Krishna etc.) distributed across 23 districts of  Combined Andhra Pradesh.

The following activities are undertaking at KBPL:

List of processes that are undergoing for operation of different Food Processing Centers at our KBPL for supporting the farmers and customers without facing any trouble for the seasonal and conventional foods such as vegetables, fruits, AND Fish, Prawns & other crustaceans being using as staple food by people of Godavari districts including Andhra Pradesh and many states across the world.

Konaseema is known for coconuts and main business for people of Godavari districts one is

Agriculture – Rice and Other is Coconuts. The following products are processed and marketing at this centre as per the customer requirements:

  • Coconut Oil
  • Coconut Milk (Skimmed milk, Spray Dried Coconut Milk Powder, Cream etc)
  • Virgin Coconut Oil
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Tender Coconut Water etc.



Tomato is the source for lycopene and a carotenoid is responsible for the redness of tomato. Tomato-based products influence aging factor, controls proinflammatory responses, certain cancers etc. Moreover, since ancient time’s people across the world practiced that tomato is one of the ingredients in all recopies preparations. Tomato contains a high extent of functional ingredients such as fibre, phenolic components also it provides a remarkable quantity of antioxidants in the diet.

Tamarind’s paste is also being preparing during the season only.



Onion is one of the oldest known and most important commercial vegetable crop grown in India. India is the second largest onion growing country in the world. Indian onions are famous for their pungency and are available round the year. It is a cool season vegetable. The common onion contains 88.6-92.8% moisture, 0.9-1.6% protein, 0.2% fat, 5.2-9.0% carbohydrates, 50-51mg sulphur and 23-28 calories energy per 100 g of edible portion.

Processed Onions can be used as ready to eat food especially for making ready to cook fresh onions, onion paste, dehydrated onion flakes, onion powder, onion oil, vinegar, sauce, pickle, wine and other beverages etc.



Ginger – garlic paste is not just about taste and flavour, there are many benefits to both these ingredients. Ginger is a good digestive and cures indigestion. It is a good treatment for nausea, especially morning sickness. Ginger’s anti-inflammatory properties can help with the pain of osteoarthritis which involves degeneration of joints. In ancient times, garlic was used for its medicinal properties rather than for its pungent smell and taste. It is good for fighting the ’flu and the common cold. Garlic reduces toxicity Ginger reduce high BP while garlic drops LDL Cholesterol & triglyceride levels.



Fish and Prawns are highly perishable and easily prone to spoilage. Processing centre performs the step-by-step processes associated with the time Fish/ Prawn caught or harvested, and the time the final product is delivered to the customer. The major forms of the processing FISH/ PRAWN:

  1. Whole fish
  2. Gutter fish without Head
  • Gutted fish without head and fins
  1. Sliced whole fish after processing and evisceration
  2. Fillet with ribs
  3. Fillet without ribs, with or without the skin.

Preservation of the fish and its products can be done by following processes:

  1. Salting – Wet and dry salting including Fish Curing
  2. Dehydration – Sun drying and dehydration
  3. Increasing temperature (Smoking) – Cold Smoking; Hot Smoking; Long Smoking
  4. Lowering temperature (Chilling and freezing)
  5. Using preservatives (Canning and pickling) à Open – Kettle method and Can – Cooked method.



There are two types of waste generally found at Food Processing Industry:

  1. Biodegradable
  2. Non-Biodegradable waste

It is the collection of all thrown away materials in order to recycle them and as a result decrease their effects on our health, our surroundings and the environment and enhance the quality of life. We can produce value added products like Toys, Biofertilizers, ornaments etc.



  • Currently available water is unsafe and desired minerals supplements may not available.
  • Available water containers/ bottles/ tins/ cans are unsafe, unsustainable and
  • Drinking water venders including branded companies just purifying and marketing but not enhancing human body requirements.


  • All branded water venders are not confined to the Urban/ sub-urban/ Rural areas/ villages especially household are not getting any type of water from them. Only local venders supporting them but quality & sanctity is questionable.
  • However, KBPL R&D lab; Innovation & Creative Centre are continuously investigating for finding alternative to plastic bottles.
  • We are not only providing pure water but also healthy with all required > 15 minerals.

R&D Centre, Innovation & Creative Centre are continuously investigating new innovations in food processing technologies for improvements and contemporary needs of the society.



KBPL is going to take up all above problems using smart technology for getting back pollution free original Konaseema having thick green plantation and full of coconut plants etc. All could be possible by inviting all local skills, train them in proper way for entrepreneurial skill development leading to startups, Skilled persons.  

Major problems to the public and people of Konaseema region, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh are unavailability of potable water, Environmental problems (water, soil and air contaminants etc), Alternative Energy resources development are not creating and existing are depleting, Aquaculture, Agriculture associated food and materials contamination is keep on increasing without any plateau. Our expertise is going to solve all the problems of current existence in this region and wanted to make our mother land as novel region when we had enjoyed before the year 2000 with all-natural facilities and greenery environment. Our main theme is to introduce smart technology in all sectors especially agriculture, potable water provision to all public, solutions for all environmental problems including sanitation, development of vegetables and other aqua & Agri-foods free from pesticides, poisonous chemicals and waste management leading to development of alternative energy development from dry and wet waste.


KBPL had linkages with different Industries, academia, Skill based centres to improve capability, product quality and achieve commitment. KBPL has excellent set up for analysis of different products being producing by company itself as well as outside products for quality assurance and nutritional values through our expertise faculty members with basic background in Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology and Microbiology.
